Peaceful, warm, relaxing and cosy terraced house with garden in quiet cul-de-sac location in Pinhoe. One single room available, with TV/DVD, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, desk, drawers, bed (single). Living with landlady in her own home. Pickles the cat also lives here, she is very shy of new people, so a cat lover would be preferred.  The neighbours are very friendly and extremely helpful and kind. Free parking.

Shared amenities include the bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and kitchen. You are welcome to study and relax in the sun room or outside in the secluded garden.

Pinhoe is about 3 miles from the city centre and has a Spar supermarket, post office, Il Grano Italian restaurant, Fish & Chips/Chinese takeaway, Gyros & Pizza takeaways, pharmacy, butchers, library, hairdressers, barbers, petrol station, garage, car wash. There's a local pub which is very friendly and serves good food, with another pub, within about 10 minutes' walk which is next to both Sainsbury's, Aldi and Lidl supermarkets.

Room on a self-catering basis. You must be a non-smoker. Cleanliness is also very important, you will be living in a clean and tidy family home, so please consider this. 

Pinhoe is directly on bus routes which take you to the city centre or within easy walking distance of Exeter University. Pinhoe also has a train station which takes you to the city centre (and London Waterloo). Walking distance to Exeter University is just under 1 hour.
