The property is a maisonette with 3 separate rooms all with Yale door locks for complete safety and privacy, if required. The room is within easy walking distance from the University (15 mins). It is situated in the centre of town, in a quiet location & 2 mins walk from Sidwell Street . The room available is a large, upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a large window overlooking a quiet secluded garden.
The room has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, a computer desk and fast BT/EE WIFI plus a large, moveable TV. The bathroom is opposite your room and next to another small bedroom which is used for Airbnb guests and sometimes for one of my sons when he is in the country.
The kitchen, bathroom and private, secluded garden are shared by all tenants and there is a lock-up shed where a bike or cases can be safely stored, if required.
The house is a no-smoking area but smokers can use the outside balcony if/when needed.
In view of increased and increasing utility bills a small cost will be required for use of the washing machine - a weekly wash cost of £5.00.
