Park Road is convenient for both the Main and St.Lukes Campuses in the Mount Pleasant/ Polsloe area. The spacious house has been modernised with a large kitchen open to a breakfast bar and living area, and is extensively double-glazed. There is a modern boiler and the kitchen area is fully equipped with crockery and tableware, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, dish-washer, washer/drier, microwave, electric cooker with ceramic hobs and a full range of cooking equipment
The six bedrooms are on three floors, and all have double beds and student study facilities. The downstairs front and middle rooms are used as bedrooms. On the first floor in addition to the bathroom with power shower and basin/loo there is a shower room with basin/loo. Here there are three bedrooms and there is a top bedroom.
There are extensive fire safety measures with fire doors and sensors in all rooms connected to a central panel. All smoke alarms and electrical items are regularly checked as well as the gas servicing. There is a pleasant easy-maintenance garden with cycle shed and picnic table.
Free storage may be possible during some of August. Joint rental is for 11 months from start September to end of July. Tenants are responsible for charges for all utility services provided.
