Hello, I am looking for two friendly students to share my house from September . This would suit students studying at Exeter University, St Luke's or Peninsula Medical School.
The house is central, 10 minutes walk from Exeter city centre, on a bus route and within walking distance of the hospitals and university. It is a 5 minute walk to the historic Exeter Quay and canal basin where you can find great coffee shops and restaurants.
The university is around 30 minutes walk through the city centre or catch the university bus. The hospitals and St Luke's are easily walkable. Exeter school of Nursing is also a short drive or bus ride away.
The house is part of a terrace and is situated in a quiet residential street. There is a light and airy kitchen/living room with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hob and separate oven. Plenty of cupboard space and kitchen equipment for you to use, dining table and chairs, sofa and doors to the sunny courtyard garden. Also a small snug to relax in, play the piano or watch TV.
There are two double bedrooms available, both on the first floor. The first has an en suite bathroom, a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The window looks over the rear garden, There is also a separate study area with desk and chair
The second bedroom is a large double with views over the gardens of Larkbeare House. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk. There is a separate bathroom which would be for your sole use.
All other facilities kitchen/dining room etc will be shared between us. There is also a sunny courtyard garden to sit in on warmer days.
In addition there is a parking space for one car and use of a bicycle if required.
The rent of £675 per Calendar month includes all bills, electricity, heating, water, TV License, full fibre broadband and use of kitchen equipment, washing machine, fridge, cooker, hob, air fryer, microwave, crockery, saucepans etc
If bed linen and towels are required they can be provided.
The accommodation is available from September 2025.
