Studentpad and the University of Exeter offer agents/landlords the quickest and most cost effective method of advertising their property(ies) for let in and around Exeter. Studentpad helps around 1 million students search for accommodation each year. Take the first step to finding your new tenants today.
Studentpad works very closely with The University of Exeter and as such you need to join The University of Exeter Scheme (see below for details) to be able to advertise on the web site. The University of Exeter solely use the studentpad software to advertise your properties. In turn, all of the students are referred to The University of Exeter's website and it is therefore very successful for registered landlords.
By registering you will also be able to utilise a number of features which will help you in your day to day tasks , free of charge. These functions include access to a library of information for Landlords, a forum for local Landlords to share advice and good practice, and an easy way to remind yourself when gas certificates are due.
